The problem

Vendors' certificates expire, limits change, and the endorsement your contract requires can be missing from the certificate you were sent. On a spreadsheet, you may only find out after the vendor has started work.

Planned features (not built yet; they may change before launch)

The endorsement check we are testing

You list the endorsement form numbers you require from vendors, for example CG 20 10 or CG 20 37. For each certificate, it would flag whether those form numbers appear on it.

What it would not do: it would not confirm that coverage is in force or adequate, would not contact insurers, and is not legal or insurance advice. You set your requirements and decide on each certificate.

Why we are asking: we think missing endorsements, not just expiry dates, are what spreadsheets miss. This waitlist tests whether that is worth $29/month to firms like yours.

Built for small residential property-management firms that track roughly 50 to 150 vendors and have outgrown a spreadsheet. Tracking more than 150? You are welcome to join; pricing for larger firms is not set yet.

Common questions

Does it work with my property-management software?
You would import your vendor list from a CSV file. No direct integration with any property-management software is planned at launch. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to AppFolio, Buildium or any other property-management software company; names are used only to answer this question.
Is this for tenants' renters insurance?
No. It is for certificates of insurance from vendors and contractors. We do not sell insurance.
Who checks the certificate?
You do. It would flag possible gaps against the requirements you set; you review the result and decide.
Why join now?
We would email waitlist members when it is ready to try. You can leave the list at any time.
